Ordering and Shipping

ORDERING

    Ways to order:

• You may order online. You do not have to open a paypal account to make purchases.
• You may call us toll free at 1-888-YOU-GO-GIRL (968-4644) or fax us toll free at 1-866-630-1724 and use your credit card.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.  Credit cards will be processed when orders are processed.  E-checks will not ship until cleared.
• You may also send us your order with a check or money order to: Dancewear-Outlet, 401 Georgian Place, Somerset, PA 15501.  Simply print your shopping cart list.  Do not checkout.  Please allow extra time for you to receive your order so we may verify that your check has cleared.  There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
• Pennsylvania residents are charged 6% sales tax on taxable items.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

• All exchanges and refunds must be made within 30 days of shipment.  Please note:  pom pons are non-returnable.  Please call for authorization within 15 days of receipt of dancewear.  All returns and exchanges must have a return authorization number (RA#) written on the outside of the box.
• We do not accept returns for dancewear that has been worn.
• We do not accept returns for items damaged in any way from customer misuse.
• Dancewear exchanges will be treated as a new order & will be subject to exchange fees, shipping/handling fees, and price difference.
• Items must be in their original box/bag with original tags.  Do not tape or apply anything to shoe boxes.  There is a $5 fee for all returned damaged boxes .
• Items considered "Special Order" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Items returned that have been worn or not in its original condition will be discarded and will not be issued a refund or exchange.
• The are no refunds on shipping/handling charges.
• If the exchange is due to our mistake, we will refund the return shipping amount.  These discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of actual ship date.
• There will be a 5% restocking fee for any returns totaling more than $100.
• Allow up to 3 weeks for processing monies for your return.
• Tights are non-returnable due to health reasons.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING    

• FREE REGULAR GROUND SHIPPING:  On all orders of $500 or more to all points within the 48 contiguous continental United States and Canada.  See international shipping below.
• For orders under $500 there is a $11.95 shipping and handling charge.  For orders under $150 there is an $9.95 shipping and handling charge.  For orders under $75 there is an $7.95 shipping and handling charge.
• Small packages will generally be sent via USPS Priority Mail, larger packages will be sent via UPS Ground.  To ship small packages (less than $200) via UPS Ground please add the following to your shopping cart.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

• Yes, we ship overnight.  Please call us so that we may expedite your order quickly and check for availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Orders shipped internationally must add the additional shipping charge below.  Shipping charges above still apply in addition to the $15.00.

DELIVERY TIME

• Orders are filled and shipped within 4-5 days unless noted otherwise.  Pom pons take 3-4 weeks.  During peak times it may take longer.  Back orders will be shipped the same day as we receive them.  You will be notified of any back orders that cannot be filled within two weeks.  E-checks will not ship until cleared.
• Be sure to give us your required date!  There is a message section upon checkout.
• Dancewear-Outlet cannot be responsible for any damages beyond the actual monies paid by the customer for the items ordered in the event of non-delivery.  We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
